Apple Weekend 2020

We are delighted to announce Apple Weekend is back for 2020 here at Beetham Nurseries. With a brand new line-up of events for the weekend, we cannot wait to welcome you back for this annual celebration of the nation’s favourite fruit.

With over 40 different varieties of apple trees available as well as a selection of other fruits, all with an exclusive discount for this weekend only, you are sure to find the perfect plant for your garden. Not sure which to buy? Our team of experts will be on-hand all weekend to assist you with any questions or queries you may have.

Local apple expert Andy Gilchrist will be here on Sunday 11th October to identify your apples, so if you have a tree in your garden and you aren’t sure what it is, feel free to bring it along! If you are attending on the Saturday, you can leave your apple with your contact details at the Information Desk and we will contact you directly with the apple identification.

A family treasure hunt will be happening around the Garden Centre all weekend, simply pick up your entry card from The Information Desk when you arrive. Not only that, an art competition will be taking place too with a fantastic prize for the winning masterpiece! Details of this to follow soon.

The Garden Cafe will be offering a fruity menu all weekend so be sure to visit whilst you’re here!
